This principle forms part of our Corporate and People Policy, aligned with Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, on Effective Equality Between Women and Men.* **Requirements** -------------- **Requirements:** * University degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. + A Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Networked IT Systems Administration (ASIR) or equivalent is desirable. + Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in IT technical support and system administration. + Experience supporting users in corporate environments (Service Desk / CAU). + Knowledge of Microsoft system administration, networking, and microcomputing. + Ability to work autonomously and assume operational responsibilities. **Responsibilities:** * Handle, diagnose, and resolve Level 1/Level 2 incidents and escalated Level 3 issues related to workstations, applications, and IT services. + Provide user technical support via CAU / Service Desk. + Administer Microsoft Windows environments (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft 365. + Manage and maintain Active Directory (users, groups, GPOs, DNS, DHCP). + Install and maintain computers and peripheral devices. + Provide basic LAN/WiFi network support, structured cabling, and connectivity. + Support IP telephony. + Participate in centralized patch and software distribution and management. + Collaborate in system monitoring and preventive maintenance. + Document incidents and procedures. + Participate in cross-functional tasks within the Systems Department. + Progressively learn clinical applications and hospital information systems used at the clinic.
