Minimum technical requirements: * 2 years of experience in IT project implementation or client support tasks (L1 and L2). * Desired knowledge of Cloud environments (Azure, AWS), virtualization (VCenter, Horizon, FSLogix, VMware DEM), systems (MS Windows, GPOs, AD, EntraID, OneDrive), and networking. * Desired knowledge of Cybersecurity (Firewall, MFA, XDR). ***The following will be considered a plus:*** * University degree or Higher Vocational Training in Computer Systems and Networks Administration or Cybersecurity; training related to telecommunications or computer science. * **CCNA** certification. * **Languages:** English / Spanish / Catalan.
