We look beyond and break barriers to set new standards for our industry, our customers, our communities, and ourselves. **What Are We Looking For?** We seek to welcome a new member to our IT team. **Main Responsibilities:** · **Systems Administration**: Installation, maintenance, and development of servers; Microsoft Windows and Windows Server operating systems; virtualized environments (Proxmox, VMware); backup management; corporate antivirus; and Active Directory administration. · **Network Management and Maintenance**: Administration of the resort’s local area network (LAN); configuration and maintenance of WatchGuard firewalls; management of internet connections; and continuous maintenance of the network infrastructure. · **Storage Management and Access Control**: Data storage administration; configuration of system permissions and access rights; user management in Active Directory; ensuring data integrity and information security. · **Operational Infrastructure Management**: 24/7 monitoring and control of all IT infrastructure components, including configuration, inventory, preventive and corrective hardware and software maintenance. · **Infrastructure and Network Project Oversight**: Coordination and follow-up of projects related to infrastructure and network improvements, implementations, or expansions at the resort, with technical team leadership capability. · **Policies and Procedures**: Collaboration in documenting IT department procedures and policies. **Position Requirements:** · Technical education in Systems, Networks, or related fields. · Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT infrastructure administration and technical support. · On-site position at the resort premises. · Solid expertise in network administration and WatchGuard firewall configuration. (Mandatory) · Experience with virtualization and server management. · Infrastructure monitoring solutions. · Ticketing and incident management tools. · Relevant technical certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco). · Knowledge of Windows Active Directory and domain administration. · Prior experience in the hospitality or tourism sector is highly desirable. · Leadership ability and teamwork skills. · Proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and service orientation. · Ability to coordinate technical teams and lead infrastructure projects. · Intermediate English proficiency, especially technical (B1/B2). · Availability for remote on-call duties as required by resort operational needs.
