Izertis is your company.** We are looking for a Project Manager specialized in Artificial Intelligence projects to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of innovative technology solutions. The candidate will be responsible for managing custom development projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and preparing technical specifications and proposals for public tenders and private offers. **Main Responsibilities:** * End-to-end AI project management. * Planning and execution of GenAI projects end\-to\-end: scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies. * Coordination of multidisciplinary teams (AI, Data, Software, Cloud/DevOps, Cybersecurity, UX/Conversational). * Management of schedules, budgets, and resources ensuring on\-time, on\-spec, and high\-quality delivery. * Lifecycle management: discovery \- PoC \- MVP \- industrialization (LLMOps/GenAIOps). * Ensuring quality and security practices: model evaluation, guardrails, traceability, privacy, red teaming, regulatory compliance (e.g., EU AI Act where applicable). * Management of vendors and technologies (LLM APIs, vector DBs, orchestration, observability). * Executive reporting: status, risks, decisions, and ROI. * Preparation of technical specifications and proposals. * Drafting technical specifications for public tenders and private offers for AI projects. * Developing detailed technical\-commercial proposals including solution architectures, methodologies, and estimations. * Analyzing public tender requirements and translating them into viable technical specifications. * Preparing RFP and RFI response documentation with appropriate technical detail. * Coordination and communication. * Acting as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, clients, and technical teams. * Facilitating follow\-up meetings, kick\-offs, and results presentations. * Managing client expectations and communicating progress clearly and structuredly. * Reporting to the AI Pre\-Sales team on the status of ongoing projects and proposals. * Quality control and risk management. * Implementing agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) adapted to AI projects. * Identifying and mitigating technical and scheduling risks specific to ML/AI projects. * Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR) and AI ethical standards. * Conducting post\-project evaluations and documenting lessons learned. ### **Minimum Requirements** **Academic Qualifications:** * University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical disciplines. * Project management certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent. * Specialized training in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science (Master’s, specialization, or certifications). * Professional English (B2\+). **Professional Experience:** * Minimum 2 years managing complex technology projects. * Demonstrable experience (2\+ years) in AI, machine learning, or data analytics projects. * Proven experience drafting technical specifications for public tenders and/or private offers. * Track record of successfully managing custom software development projects. **Technical Competencies:** * Demonstrable experience in GenAI and/or advanced chatbot projects. * Practical knowledge of concepts: RAG, tools/functions, embeddings, evaluation, observability, prompting, security. * Stakeholder management and executive communication • Understanding of data architectures, APIs, databases, and distributed systems. * Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project). **Desirable Requirements:** * Prior experience in technology consulting or IT services firms. * Knowledge of Spanish public procurement regulations. * Cloud certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer, Google Cloud ML Engineer. * Sectoral experience in banking, healthcare, industry, or public administration. * Knowledge of AI/ML\-specific development methodologies (MLOps, DataOps). **What We Offer?** * Work flexibility: Hybrid working model, adapted to your personal and professional needs. * Attractive benefits: Comprehensive health insurance via flexible compensation, flexible working hours, and access to events. * Continuous professional development: Access to training and certifications on advanced tools for data analysis and management. * A growing team: Opportunity to contribute your vision from day one, influencing team development and building key professional relationships within a positive work environment. * Strong culture: A workplace grounded in innovation, commitment, and continuous development. * Global projects: Opportunity to work with national and international clients, broadening your professional experience.
