Installing, configuring, and updating client device operating systems (Windows 11 Pro/Ent). Installing and updating drivers. Installing printing or scanning equipment. Installing applications in corporate environment systems. Providing remote and on-site user support. Device imaging and cloning. Managing and maintaining IT asset inventory. Cabling workstations. Using ticketing applications for incident tracking.
