Job Summary: We are seeking a property manager to handle customer service, claims management, bank reconciliation, and attendance at owners' meetings. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities include greeting customers and attending to property owners, preparing insurance claim reports and reconciling bank accounts, as well as attending owners' meetings and drafting corresponding minutes. At least one year of proven experience in this position is required. The contract is indefinite-term with a full-time work schedule. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00, and Fridays from 08:00 to 16:00. The offered salary is approximately €1500 gross per month.
