This includes controlling access for both vehicles and people, as well as opening and closing the properties when required. Additionally, the position covers cleaning and preparing rural houses for use, attending to guests, and managing any incidents that may arise. We seek a person willing to perform repetitive physical tasks and considerable effort, even under adverse weather conditions, as well as intensive domestic chores and fieldwork. It is essential to reside permanently in the rural area where the property is located—a region characterized by limited services and scarce transportation. An indefinite contract is offered with a weekly working schedule of 40 hours, distributed according to the estate’s needs.
