Kitchen cleaning organization and maintenance We are looking for a cook to work in Cullar Vega, Granada. Duties include preparing and cooking daily menus, as well as preparing special diets when prescribed by a physician. You will also be responsible for controlling and supervising food handling and storage, always complying with hygiene regulations and the HACCP system. Other responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and storing goods and orders, as well as organizing and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, cold rooms, utensils, and storage areas. You will also handle plating and meal distribution, maintain required records, and manage waste and recycling. A temporary employment contract is offered, estimated to last six days, full-time. Working hours follow rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, and the monthly salary is €1.221.
