At Grupo Mutuam, we are seeking an Administrative Specialist in Billing to join our Central Offices on a permanent basis. Are you interested? The selected candidate will be responsible—alongside Mutuam’s multidisciplinary team—for appropriately recording transactions based on established contracts and monitoring debt collection from institutions. Your responsibilities will include: \- Billing institutional clients (SCS and DTASF). \- Providing billing support to users. \- Monitoring collections from institutions. \- Submitting all tax settlements. \- Collaborating with other departments within the organization (Human Resources, Marketing, Systems, etc.) and with care centres. \- Collaborating with clients and institutions to fulfil their mission. Requirements * Minimum 2 years’ experience. Prior experience preferred, ideally within corporate groups, for a minimum duration of 2 years. \- Proficient Excel user. \- Previous experience with Navision is highly valued. \- Ability to understand and interpret the organizational structure, as well as each company comprising it. \- Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work effectively, positively, and constructively in diverse situations. * Higher Vocational Training Qualification (FP de Grado Superior) * Catalan (spoken and written proficiency: advanced) * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional relevant information: Working two afternoons per week
