Join Siemens and leave your mark on future infrastructure.** As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring successful execution of fire protection and automation projects — on time, within budget, and to the required quality. Your mission: coordinate teams, manage clients, and guarantee that every project meets technical and regulatory standards. **This will be your role: What will you do?** * Ensure delivery of assigned projects within agreed timelines, scope, and budget. * Effectively manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers. * Define project objectives and scope, ensuring technical feasibility and regulatory compliance, while identifying and mitigating risks. * Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring availability and appropriate allocation for efficient execution. * Detect deviations early and inform clients, teams, and management for prompt correction. * Manage changes in scope, schedule, or cost using appropriate control processes. * Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. * Report and escalate issues to management as required. * Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/suppliers. * Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. **What are we looking for?** * Technical degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. * Experience in Fire Protection (FP) and Comfort Systems projects. * Authorization to certify and/or legalize FP installations. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Advanced level of English, both spoken and written. * Willingness to travel throughout Spain. The selected candidate will be assigned to the **Northern region**, with a primary focus on the **Basque Country** (where approximately 90% of activities will take place), and will support ongoing projects in that area.
