At BeFind, Personnel Recruitment Consulting, we are seeking a **Training Project Manager** to join a business group based in Malaga. The selected candidate must have a solid background in the sector, as they will ensure that each initiative is completed successfully, within budget and on schedule. They will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing resources, and ensuring the quality of the final outcome. Main responsibilities: * **Comprehensive Planning and Management:** Take full responsibility for the planning, execution, and closure of assigned projects. This includes defining objectives, creating detailed timelines, and ensuring proper allocation of resources (human, technical, and financial). * **Team Leadership:** Coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary teams (instructors, tutors, content experts, support staff, etc.) throughout the entire project lifecycle. * **Budget and Risk Control:** Closely monitor the project budget, control expenses, and ensure profitability. Additionally, proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks. * **Client and Stakeholder Communication:** Maintain smooth and transparent communication with our clients (public administrations, companies, etc.) to ensure their satisfaction and proper alignment with their expectations. * **Monitoring and Reporting:** Prepare periodic progress reports on the project status, including performance metrics and results, for management and clients. **What do you need to offer?** * Degree in pedagogy, psychology, or project management. * Demonstrable experience of at least 5 years in training project management, preferably in vocational, continuous, or occupational training (e.g., education, SEPE, EOI…). * Essential prior experience managing projects resulting from public tenders. * Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, etc.). * Proven ability to manage complex budgets and control project costs. * Advanced office software skills, particularly advanced Excel proficiency. **What does the company offer?** * Indefinite contract with the end client. * 39 working hours per week. * Working hours (winter and summer): Monday to Thursday (9:00\-18:30\) and Friday (9:00\-14:00\). * 100% on-site position in Malaga.
