




Job Summary: We are seeking a leader for the front desk department of a 4-star hotel in Cabranes (Asturias), responsible for supervising the team, managing shifts, and coordinating daily operations. Exceptional service to VIP guests and incident resolution In CABRANES (ASTURIAS), we are looking for a person to lead our front desk department in a 4-star hotel. Your responsibilities will include supervision and organization of the entire team, shift management, and daily coordination. You will be the key point for controlling billing and production, as well as for resolving incidents and delivering exceptional service to our VIP guests. Your duties will also include guest reception, handling reservations, and other administrative tasks, including the use of hotel management software and digital tools. Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar position is required, demonstrating leadership skills, organizational ability, strong commercial orientation, and excellent customer service. A medium-to-high level of English, a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle, as well as proficiency in hotel-specific management and marketing software, are essential. The contract is permanent, full-time, with two days off per week and salary according to the collective agreement.
