Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for a hotel in expansion, responsible for planning, preventive maintenance, fault repair, regulatory compliance, and energy efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance according to the quality manual 2. Management of faults and installations, ensuring regulatory compliance 3. Promotion of energy savings and efficiency, with professional growth CATALONIA HOTELS, an expanding hotel chain, is seeking a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for one of our hotels in central MALAGA. The **main tasks to be performed** are as follows: * Planning of tasks. * Performing preventive maintenance according to the quality manual. Completing the corresponding form. * Following corrective maintenance procedures as outlined in the quality manual. * Repairing and/or supervising fault resolution. Verifying that faults have been resolved. * Carrying out the legionella prevention process. Completing the corresponding records. * Ensuring installations comply with current regulations. * Responsible for directing the emergency plan. * Maintaining and preserving hotel installations and furniture in perfect condition. * Diagnosing the condition of installations and reporting to the hotel manager. * Promoting and implementing energy-saving and efficiency measures. * Controlling inventory and spare parts, subject to management approval. REQUIREMENTS * Experience in a similar position. * Technical education \+ Installer certifications. * Technical knowledge (electricity, gas, water, etc.). * Commitment, rigor, and dedication.
