We are looking for a MAÎTRE for our Molina Lario Hotel, located in the heart of MÁLAGA. **Main responsibilities include:** * Organize, lead, and coordinate the work of assigned staff. * Plan departmental schedules and shifts. * Ensure compliance with established quality standards and procedures. * Responsible for delivering high-quality, professional, and efficient guest service. * Supervise proper execution of room-service operations. * Handle guest complaints. * Knowledge of and ability to advise on food and wine menu items. * Supervise setup and restocking for meeting rooms and other events. * Manage budgets, costs, margins, etc. REQUIREMENTS * Prior experience as a supervisor in 4-star hotels. * Formal education in hotel and service management. * Advanced English proficiency; additional languages are an asset. * Energetic individual with strong interpersonal skills, passion for guest service, and proactive attitude. * Leadership capability and ability to manage a team. * Experience in event management is desirable.
