Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement of recipes. We are looking for a professional to fill the position of cook at a café-restaurant located in Oviedo (Asturias). Main responsibilities include preparing attractive menus adapted to current market and customer preferences. Ensuring ingredient quality, product freshness, and strict compliance with food safety regulations is essential. Additionally, the role involves supervising the kitchen team, optimizing workflow, and maintaining rigorous stock control—including order management and inventory tracking. Participation in the continuous improvement of recipes and processes is highly valued. Prior experience in the hospitality industry, solid culinary knowledge, ability to work effectively as part of a team under pressure, and commitment to excellence are required. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with two days off per week. Salary will be determined according to the current hospitality collective agreement.
