Job Summary: We are seeking a warehouse professional to manage end-to-end logistics, optimize storage space, and ensure accuracy in luxury furniture deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, we are seeking an experienced warehouse professional for our warehouse in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, capable of coordinating material flow, optimizing storage space, and ensuring every order reaches customers with maximum accuracy and care. · End-to-end warehouse management and organization (goods receipt, location assignment, inventory control, palletizing, and dispatch). · Coordination of material inflows and outflows with Sales and Planning departments. · Management of transportation and deliveries. · Supervision of packaging, labeling, and order preparation, ensuring quality and presentation standards for furniture. · Optimization of storage space and improvement of internal processes. · Input of logistics documentation into ERP system. · Identification and resolution of operational issues. · Leadership and coordination of warehouse staff. · Collaboration in planning loading and unloading operations. · Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, cleanliness, and integrity within the warehouse area. · Supervision and preventive maintenance of work equipment (e.g., forklifts, lift trucks, etc.). * Minimum 5 years’ experience; 3–5 years in a similar role, preferably within furniture, decoration, or related industries. Knowledge of warehouse management, stock control, ERP software (Odoo or similar is preferred), and Microsoft Office suite. Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused individual. Valid forklift operator license / current certification for operating warehouse equipment.
