Long-term job stability and professional development. **Company Overview** Our client, an industrial company in the naval sector specializing in manufacturing and production processes, is seeking a **Production Team Leader** to lead daily plant operations, ensuring achievement of production targets, proper team coordination, and efficient facility operation. **Job Mission** Your mission will be to coordinate and supervise productive activities during your assigned shift, ensuring proper performance of personnel, machinery, and facilities, as well as compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Key Functions and Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise operational staff during the shift, managing task assignments, vacation planning, absence tracking, and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, acting as a preventive resource when necessary. * Ensure proper maintenance of facilities and machinery, guaranteeing execution of tasks according to established procedures and operational standards. * Coordinate and supervise subcontracted companies and external personnel during the assigned shift, ensuring compliance with internal and safety protocols. * Ensure achievement of production targets set for the shift, managing incidents, resolving unforeseen issues, and optimizing operational continuity. * Comply with and promote application of Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), and product quality procedures within the factory environment and at the workplace. * Host and accompany factory visits during the assigned shift, preparing follow-up reports and proposing improvements to operational procedures and activities. **Reporting Line**: Factory Manager **People Managed**: Yes **Years of Experience in Similar Role**: >3 **Education and Technical Competencies**: * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Mechanical Manufacturing, Machining, or related industrial fields. * Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training, including certification as a preventive resource and emergency response training. * Additional training in production management, team leadership, or continuous improvement is desirable. **Core Competency** * Leadership and people management competencies. * Industrial planning and organization competencies. **What We Offer?** * Join a leading company in national and international markets. * Attractive compensation package and additional social benefits. * Job stability and long-term professional project development. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 15:00 to 23:00.
