Job Summary: Q-safety is seeking a Regional Manager to lead ORP teams and Occupational Health and Safety coordinators, manage projects, and ensure qualitative and quantitative objectives in Galicia. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate technical teams in Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) and Occupational Health and Safety. 2. Plan and size projects, ensuring objective achievement. 3. Define management strategies and continuous improvement initiatives jointly with Management. Q\-safety by Quirónprevención, a company specialized in occupational prevention and safety services on construction sites, document management, and drafting of Occupational Health and Safety studies, seeks to hire a **Regional Manager** for **Galicia**. Reporting to the Production Director, the selected candidate will be responsible for: * Coordinating, directing, and motivating ORP technicians and Occupational Health and Safety coordinators assigned to the company’s various projects. * Conducting site visits and project inspections according to operational needs. * Technically assessing new hires through telephone and/or in-person interviews. * Monitoring team performance, identifying training needs, and ensuring professional development and performance. * Planning and sizing projects, ensuring achievement of both qualitative and quantitative objectives in coordination with the Commercial Department. * Attending periodic meetings with Management to define management strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
