Reporting to the Production Director, the selected candidate will be responsible for: * Coordinating, directing, and motivating Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) technicians and Safety and Health Coordinators assigned to the company's various projects. * Conducting site visits and project inspections according to operational needs. * Conducting technical assessments of new hires via telephone and/or in-person interviews. * Monitoring team performance, identifying training needs, and overseeing professional development and performance. * Planning and sizing projects, ensuring both qualitative and quantitative objectives are met, in coordination with the Commercial Department. * Attending periodic meetings with Management to define management strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
