The ideal candidate must be organized and capable of handling multiple areas including procurement, workshop operations, and commercial activities; this position offers immediate incorporation. Main responsibilities will include comprehensive administrative management under the supervision of the branch manager. This covers the commercial cycle—processing orders, tracking deliveries, and onboarding new customers. It also includes logistics and warehouse management—handling delivery notes, goods, stock transfers, and coordinating transportation. In procurement, the role involves submitting material requests to suppliers. Additionally, the candidate will provide public service by answering calls and resolving incidents. A temporary contract of 2 months is offered. Remuneration is €11.78 gross per hour, plus attractive flexible working hours. Start and end times allow for some adaptation from Monday to Friday. **Experience:** Minimum 5 years performing similar duties in administrative departments. Advanced knowledge of SAP Business One is mandatory. A personal vehicle is required to access the workplace. **Attitude:** Solution-oriented, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously.
