We pride our ability to navigate complex transactions and provide strategic advise that helps Accenture achieve its real estate goals. **Job Summary:** The Real Estate Portfolio Manager (Coordinator) is responsible for supporting the Real Estate Portfolio Management Lead in their Market/Market Unit (MU) in the preparation of and management of real estate leases, including support of Accenture's Policy 20 business case development \& portfolio management. The role is part of a wider Real Estate CoE (RE CoE) organization, reporting into the Real Estate Portfolio Management Lead for the respective Market/MU(s) as well as overall Global Portfolio Management Lead. **Roles \& Responsibilities:** * Align overall real estate principles to deliver Market/MU real estate strategy * Manage and direct delivery of the RE strategy to meet business objectives for the Market/MU * Develop and manage real estate portfolio pipeline plan for the Market/MU * Provide senior management with timely information regarding the real estate portfolio and current transaction activity * Manage Real Estate V\&A Due Diligence, including portfolio analysis, financial analysis (incl. dilapidations), Real Estate integration plan * Manage and review all real estate business cases in adherence to real estate policy and procedures (AP20, AP3, AP940 and other Accenture policies as appropriate) * Define business cases in the context of the broader strategy and principles, presenting information to support leadership decision making * Assess the portfolio to achieve maximum utilization of our assets * Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce cost * Ensure adherence to policies related to Life Safety, GAP, and Sustainability * Direct and manage financial analysis to facilitate real estate decision making * Engage and partner with local capital projects lead for capital estimates and all other relevant matters * Responsible for alignment with corporate standards * All activities are done in consultation with CS\&S Leadership and Services Leadership **Requirements:** **Job Qualification:** 10\+ years of business and/or real estate strategy experience **Educational Qualification:** Business Management / Real Estate **Professional \& Technical Skills:** * Strong financial acumen * Strong business case development, rationalization and presentation skills * Excellent communication, organization time management and problem\-solving skills * Excellent track record of building relationships with stakeholders * Strong multi\-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects * Strong ability to function as a Team Player and maintain a good working relationship, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality * Attention to detail and willingness to flex based on business priorities At Accenture, a company recognized as a Great Place To Work®, we are committed to a hybrid work model that, thanks to technology and our facilities, allows us to maintain the essential human connection to work with our teams and clients.
