**Job Description** Veolia Servicios Lecam, within its Energy Services division, is seeking to hire a Team Lead Engineer in Málaga, whose primary responsibility will be to assume accountability for and supervise the proper execution of assigned contracts in the facility maintenance sector. Key responsibilities include: * Preparing technical specifications for materials and machinery required for project implementation. * Interpreting construction drawings. * Supporting planning of resource requirements—both material and human. * Receiving material orders related to the operation of their projects and monitoring subcontractors. * Verifying the quality of completed work, whether performed by in-house staff or subcontractors. * Exercising control and supervision over subcontractors operating at work sites under their responsibility. * Ensuring implementation of sufficient and necessary occupational health and safety (PRL) measures within their scope of responsibility. The role operates within a multidisciplinary work environment and forms part of a large team, maintaining continuous coordination with other departments across the company, while directly overseeing the development, quality, and profitability of their activities.
