Team Lead Engineer \- Facility Maintenance **Job Description** -------------------------- Veolia Servicios Lecam, within its energy services division, requires hiring a Team Lead Engineer in Málaga, whose primary responsibility will be to assume accountability for and supervise the proper execution of assigned contracts in the facility maintenance sector. Main responsibilities include: * Preparing technical specifications for materials and machinery required for project execution. * Interpreting construction drawings. * Supporting planning of material and human resource requirements. * Receiving material orders related to operational activities on site and monitoring subcontractors. * Verifying the quality of completed work, whether performed by internal staff or subcontractors. * Exercising control and supervision over subcontractors present at worksites under their responsibility. * Ensuring implementation of sufficient and necessary occupational health and safety (OHS) measures within their scope of responsibility. The role operates within a multidisciplinary work environment and integrates into the activities of a large team, maintaining constant interaction with other departments across the company, directly overseeing the development, quality, and profitability of their activities.
