**POSITION** We are looking for an architect or engineer with experience in industrial and logistics construction projects to join our team as **Production Manager for projects in Catalonia**. Together with the Site Manager, you will be responsible for **production control**, as well as the technical and economic management of the project, all focused on achieving profitability goals, quality standards, meeting client requirements, and complying with company policies and regulations. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * On-site production control under the supervision of the Site Manager * Budget control * Manage tenders * Manage on-site quality controls * Handle CBC administrative procedures * Generate contracts * Monitor progress of civil works and installations **PROFILE** Engineer or architect with **2 years of experience** in construction projects; experience in industrial warehouse or logistics platform construction is highly valued. Dynamic individual with strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. **Experience** * **2 years of experience in the construction sector, preferably in logistics and industrial projects.** * Experience in installations is a strong advantage * Experience interacting with clients and suppliers, and coordinating and monitoring industrial construction projects * Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
