A construction manager with at least 2 years of experience supervising and planning full home renovations is required. The main responsibilities are: Planning, controlling, and supervising comprehensive home renovation projects. Ensuring compliance with financial and time-related forecasts for various projects. Searching for and externally contracting various work teams and trades involved. Continuously seeking and updating collaboration agreements with various suppliers of materials and services. Creating floor plans of both existing conditions and proposed layouts and installations. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, as well as familiarity with construction project management schedules.
