Position Summary: We are seeking an Assistant Site Technician to support the Site Personnel Manager in preparing and verifying measurements and certifications, and in personnel management. Active participation in economic studies and construction planning. **ASSISTANT SITE TECHNICIAN** ============================ ***Uransa,*** a construction company based in Valencia with extensive experience and completed projects in the real estate development and construction sector. ### **Responsibilities:** We seek to incorporate into our team a person who will support our Site Personnel Manager in preparing and verifying measurements and certifications for our construction projects, and assist with personnel management. Duties: * Preparation and verification of measurements, and preparation of certifications. * Preparation of economic studies for construction projects and related planning. * Recruitment and interviews of personnel for various trades on site. * Direct interaction with the Site Personnel Manager. * Weekly planning of personnel required on site. ### **Profile:** ### **What We Offer:** Full-time position. Permanent contract. Working hours: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Salary: €21,000–€25,000 per year, depending on experience.
