**The role:** As a Therapist in our Barcelona team, your primary responsibility is to ensure customer wellbeing by delivering relaxing and cosmetic treatments in accordance with established protocols. It is also essential to maintain facilities in optimal condition, providing customers with a space befitting the AIRE experience—complete with all necessary elements for relaxation. **Key responsibilities:** *Customer experience* * Deliver relaxing treatments—including body and facial treatments, as well as exfoliations—following AIRE’s specific protocols and techniques for each. * Clearly communicate treatment details and product information to customers, adhering to the provided manual and protocols. * Maintain adequate stock of products required for customer experiences, promptly reporting any shortages or low inventory. * Ensure consistency in couple treatments and coordinate effectively with other therapists to deliver seamless experiences. *Workplace* * Keep work areas clean and ready for customer experiences according to company protocols. Monitor facility hygiene, product maintenance, and cleaning between treatments. * Ensure environmental conditions meet protocol standards regarding noise, temperature, and humidity.
