The objective is to deliver preventive and corrective maintenance services for facilities. **What would your responsibilities be?** * Corrective and preventive maintenance of the facility’s installations. * Performing maintenance tasks related to masonry, plumbing, HVAC, electromechanical systems, etc. * Conducting comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance of the facility’s installations. * Managing and resolving daily malfunctions and ensuring proper operation of various types of installations. * Contributing to service excellence by collaborating in optimizing the facility’s energy efficiency. * Ensuring compliance with applicable technical and legal regulations and established maintenance plans. * Participating in implementing and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) to guarantee service quality. **What do we offer?** * Temporary contract for replacement purposes. * Full-time schedule: 40 hours/week. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, either split or continuous shifts, depending on service requirements. * Competitive salary.
