We have a unique, comprehensive, and multidisciplinary therapeutic model of excellence in care, teaching, and research. Currently, we are seeking a monitor to join our center located in the town of Torre del Mar, where the following responsibilities would be carried out: Facilitates group dynamics, assigning tasks to users while ensuring the smooth operation of the group and positive coexistence within the center. Manages the group by ensuring that assigned activities and tasks are completed according to established schedules. Supervises users' hygiene and dietary habits through active accompaniment. Conducts and supports workshops and group activities. Provides emotional, verbal, and physical containment for patients during episodes of agitation, self-harm, or acts of aggression toward others. Performs hospital escorts when referrals occur. Re-educates users who, depending on their profile and characteristics, require this process to normalize everyday aspects of their lives. During night shifts, conducts room rounds to ensure users adhere to rest guidelines. Requirements: Education in social fields related to adolescent group management (Social Education, Social Integration). In-depth knowledge in their specialty. Experience working with children and/or adolescents. Experience in interdisciplinary teamwork.
