At BeFind, Personnel Recruitment Consulting, we are seeking a **Labor Area professional** specialized in **COLLECTIVE AGREEMENTS** for a company located in Málaga. The main responsibilities of the role will be to provide support and management within the labor department, carrying out all tasks related to: * Review of collective agreements. * Calculation of salaries and rates for categories requested by sales staff when preparing proposals. * Preparation of commercial proposals following the coefficients established by the sales department. * Updating proposals. * Recording clients, categories, unit costs, and rates in Nivel 4 to activate clients and update existing ones. * Maintaining the Excel database with updated coefficients, salaries, and rates for use by other departments. * Keeping the Excel database of active clients up to date. * Reviewing and safeguarding signed client documentation (proposals stored in the designated shared folder). * **What are we looking for?** * University degree or vocational training in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Social Graduate, Law, or related fields. * Knowledge of various labor agreements. * Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in labor advisory firms, service companies, outsourcing, or temporary employment agencies (ETT), managing a large volume of employees. * Valued skills include experience in payroll preparation and management, familiarity with platforms (SILTRA, Sistema RED, CASIA), hiring procedures, and social security. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * **What does the company offer?** * Temporary contract covering a maternity leave, with potential permanent placement after the term ends * Full-time hours * Working hours: Monday to Thursday (9:00–18:00) and Friday (8:00–15:15) * 100% on-site position in Málaga * Salary: 18K gross annual (12 payments) * Immediate start * This is your chance!
