Among other responsibilities, the intern will collaborate on the following tasks: \-Responding to and resolving customer information or assistance requests, primarily received by telephone and also via email. \-Daily billing of all supplies for Retail and Direct Sales businesses. \-Reviewing and modifying supplies with special conditions for billing: \-Monitoring, reviewing, and modifying supplies with maturity date changes due to EESS activation. \-Adjusting prices based on special circumstances related to the customer or products. \-Manual billing of shared discounts, operational support allowances, additional contributions, and marketing support aids. \-Re-billing of water, gas, electricity, municipal taxes, and waste management fees to Service Stations. \-Charging commissions for guarantees and late-payment interest arising from delays/non-payments by Euroshell customers. \-Issuing corrections or credits due to price discrepancies resulting from customer complaints regarding billing errors. \-Compliance with data protection procedures, in accordance with DISA Group guidelines and procedures.
