Throughout the training program, learning will be promoted in the following areas: * Understanding the **lifecycle of telecommunications projects** in critical communication environments. * Knowledge of **implementation and integration methodologies for professional communication systems**. * Introduction to the **operation and technical support of networks based on TETRA, TETRAPOL, and 3GPP standards**. * Learning about **quality of service management and service level agreements (SLAs)**. * Development of **technical analysis and incident resolution skills in complex technological environments**. Training Plan and Learning Activities During the internship, the participant will develop their learning through the following activities: **Technical requirements analysis** * Learn methodologies for identifying and documenting technical requirements in communication projects. * Understand requirements gathering processes in technology projects. **Communication system implementation** * Become familiar with deployment processes for solutions based on **3GPP, TETRA, and TETRAPOL standards**. * Understand the various phases involved in implementing critical communication systems. **Technology validation and integration** * Participate in verification and validation processes for applications deployed in critical infrastructures. * Learn testing procedures for specialized communication terminals and systems. **Technical configuration and sizing** * Learn concepts related to configuring network devices and terminals. * Understand technical criteria for sizing communication solutions. **Technical support and project logistics** * Understand technical support processes for end users within technology projects. * Learn how logistical aspects associated with deploying technological infrastructures are coordinated.
