Our client is one of the most recognized industry players nationally. Your Responsibilities Acquisition (70%): Prioritize territories and verticals, open strategic accounts, and lead the full cycle (prospecting, proposal, negotiation, closing, onboarding). Development (30%): Grow existing portfolio through Joint Business Plans (JBPs), trade plans, and profitable promotional calendars. Negotiation with retail buyers: terms, assortment, MDD, margins, and growth initiatives. Trade fairs and events: Regular attendance at key industry fairs and meetings to generate pipeline and identify trends (presentations, networking). Travel: Occasional travel for key meetings, client/partner visits, and activations. P&L management and forecasting: Price control, mix, margin, and demand forecasting. Data and execution: KPI tracking (volume, margin, listings, OTIF, penetration, turnover) and CRM usage for pipeline and reporting. Sales / key account experience; food, retail and/or foodservice experience highly valued. Skills: Strong business development and new business creation orientation, top-tier negotiation skills, results-driven mindset, data analysis capability, cross-functional influence, and excellent communication. Languages: Fluent Catalan and Spanish; English is a plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; sales/negotiation training is a plus.
