Main Responsibilities: - Acquisition and retention of professional clients (maintenance companies, contractors, renovation firms, self-employed professionals). - Management and follow-up of the assigned customer portfolio. - Technical-commercial advisory services on construction materials and solutions. - Preparation of quotations, tracking of proposals, and sales closure. - Coordination with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery. - Proactive market prospecting and identification of new business opportunities. Candidate Profile: - Previous experience as a sales representative, preferably in the construction, hardware, or industrial supplies sector. - Familiarity with the professional channel (maintenance and/or construction companies). - Dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented individual. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team. - Existing personal customer portfolio is an advantage.
