What do we expect from you? Technical skills are essential: Experience producing B2B inbound content, ideally in SaaS environments. Knowledge of buyer personas, conversion funnels, and SEO strategies (on-page and off-page). Ability to create business-oriented content aligned with marketing and sales goals. Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar). Advanced knowledge of HubSpot and proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, SEMrush, etc.). Ability to measure results and optimize content based on data and key metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions, ROI). Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams: design, video, web, translation, Paid Media, Product, and Customer Success. Strong execution and adaptability across different market channels (blog, email, social media, ads, etc.). High/native-level French and Spanish, or experience creating multilingual/localized content (English is desirable). And you’ll shine ✨ if you also have: Experience with link-building strategies, guest blogging, and digital PR. Knowledge of marketing automation and advanced segmentation. Experience in dynamic environments or scale-ups. What will you do at Sesame HR? Business-focused content Develop and execute content aligned with business objectives and the buyer’s journey. Identify key topics based on industry trends, customer pain points, and market needs. Plan and maintain an editorial calendar covering blogs, ebooks, whitepapers, case studies, social media, webinars, and newsletters. Ensure proper integration of content across funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU). Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager to implement and optimize content within the CRM, ensuring effective segmentation. Oversee the SEO strategy alongside the specialized team to guarantee alignment with acquisition goals. ✍️ Content creation and optimization Create and optimize TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU content focused on SEO and conversion (blogs, landing pages, emails, webinars, video scripts, etc.). Adapt and publish content on WordPress or other CMS platforms. Define copy for Paid campaigns (banners, ads, Google Ads) in coordination with the Paid Media team. Coordinate creative briefs and visual/audiovisual production with design, video, and external agencies. Supervise proper content distribution across organic and paid channels: Blog & Website: Articles optimized for organic traffic and conversion. Social Media: Messages consistent with strategy and brand positioning. Email Marketing & CRM: Integration into workflows, lead nurturing, and newsletters. Paid Media: Persuasive, inbound-aligned copy for ads and video scripts. Continuous analysis and improvement Measure content performance using tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or SEMrush. Analyze key metrics to optimize content and improve traffic, engagement, and conversion results. Propose data-driven optimizations to enhance content effectiveness across channels. Cross-functional collaboration You’ll work closely with multiple teams to ensure content is perfectly aligned with overall marketing and business objectives: Organic Marketing Manager: content automation and workflows. SEO Team: on-page and off-page optimization, link building, and keyword strategy. Paid Media: defining ad content and video scripts. Social Media: message and brand tone alignment. Sales & Customer Success: adapting content to customer needs. Product Marketing: developing educational and technical content about the platform. Translation: localization and adaptation of content for new markets and languages.
