Functions and Responsibilities: - Receiving, selecting, and preparing raw materials. - Loading fat into boilers, carrying out frying and pressing processes. - Cleaning the section. - Requesting purchases of required fats. - Identifying Non-Conformities and reporting them to the Quality Department.
