Skill in preventive maintenance and quality control We seek a senior official press operator for a 5-color offset press, specifically Komori equipment. The position requires a candidate experienced in preparing and adjusting printing process components and raw materials—including paper, inks, and plates—to ensure productivity and expected quality. Color management is essential, including precise control of standard four-color process (CMYK) and operation of a fifth unit for Pantone colors, special varnishes, or technical inks. The candidate is expected to perform basic preventive maintenance and cleaning of printing units to extend equipment service life. In addition, continuous quality control of printed sheets during the run must be carried out. Familiarity with control consoles—such as Komori’s PQC system—for remote ink key and register adjustments—as well as agility in using automatic or semi-automatic plate changing systems—will be valued. Proficiency in handling various paper weights and types—from highly porous papers to creative or coated papers—is also important. A full-time, permanent contract is offered, Monday through Friday.
