Achieve high technical quality in the application of procedures by interpreting scientific-technical information (medical prescriptions, analysis processes, quality procedures, manuals, and equipment instructions). Use technical, human, and material resources effectively and efficiently during work activities, ensuring proper tooling functionality. Make the team a place for exchanging and analyzing professional activities performed. Collaborate in sample collection, handling, and correct identification. Resolve incidents related to incorrect sample reception (duplicate tubes, non-urine samples, incorrect demographic data, missing requests, etc.). Monitor archiving of samples, preparations, results, and records. Collaborate in the implementation of new techniques.
