Achieve high technical quality in the application of procedures by interpreting scientific and technical information (medical prescriptions, analysis processes, quality procedures, manuals, and equipment instructions). Use technical, human, and material resources effectively and efficiently during activities, guaranteeing proper tool functionality. Make the team a place for exchange and analysis of professional activities performed. Collaborate in sample collection, handling, and correct identification. Troubleshoot issues when receiving incorrect samples (duplicate tubes, non-urine samples, incorrect demographic data, missing requests, etc.). Monitor archiving of samples, preparations, results, and records. Collaborate in the implementation of new techniques. Receive biological samples according to the unit's specific protocol and distribute them according to clinical and/or analytical demands, ensuring their preservation throughout the process.
