The main responsibilities will be: * Complete the missing mise-en-place for various stations. * Cover breakfast and terrace snack service. * Inspect and monitor merchandise inventory. * Serve customer orders within appropriate timeframes according to standards and requirements. * Supervise that each dish prepared by him/her is in perfect condition prior to being sent out to the dining area. * Supervise staff meals, cooking, and service. * Assist in cooking and presenting food for service. **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience in a similar position. * Immediate availability
