




We are seeking a sales professional with experience in the HORECA sector to join a food and beverage distributor operating in the Basque Country and neighboring northern Spanish regions, including Álava, Gipuzkoa, Cantabria, San Sebastián, Burgos, Oviedo, and Galicia. This area offers significant potential for acquiring and launching new business opportunities, providing strong professional development prospects. A stable employment position is offered, with flexibility and autonomy in managing one’s schedule. Compensation includes a fixed salary supplemented by substantial commissions, plus an active client portfolio to manage. A company vehicle will be provided, and travel-related meals and accommodation expenses—including overnight stays—will be covered. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company. Key responsibilities include retaining and optimizing relationships with existing clients by introducing new products and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The role also entails acquiring new clients, closing strategic agreements, and conducting ongoing commercial follow-up. Additionally, international land logistics management, preparation of management and performance reports, and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities are required. Participation in industry events and trade fairs, as well as order and collections management, will also form part of the duties. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales roles within the HORECA sector, specifically with food and/or beverages. * Experience selling to distributors is valued. * Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level. * Knowledge of cooking—particularly Italian cuisine—is desirable. * Advanced Italian language skills are highly valued. * Demonstrated excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong results-oriented mindset (sales profile). * Residence in Biscay.
