About You and the role Are you passionate about Italian cuisine and working with high-quality ingredients? Florentine Marbella is looking for chefs for the summer 2026 season. About Us Florentine is an exclusive Italian casual dining restaurant brand, originating in Stockholm, and part of Urban Italian Group (UIG) \- over 500 professionals, 14 restaurants, and 4,000 daily guests. In Marbella, we offer a glamorous gastronomic experience, using artisanal ingredients and dishes prepared with passion. Your Role \- Prepare dishes according to Florentine recipes and standards \- Manage your station during service \- Mise en place, receiving and storing ingredients \- Compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP) ### **Requirements** Teamwork in a high-volume environment What we seek Prior kitchen experience, preferably Italian or Mediterranean cuisine. Organized individuals with strong work rhythm who enjoy teamwork.
