




We are seeking to hire a professional **specialized in spare parts sales**, who will join the **Temsa (diesel buses and coaches)** project, with **exclusive focus on the spare parts division**. This will be a key position for developing the after-sales business, with a **proactive, commercial, and customer-oriented approach**. The selected candidate will play an active role both in **direct sales** and in the **development of commercial communication strategies**, acting as the liaison between the company and its customers. **Main responsibilities** * **Active sales of spare parts** to existing and potential customers. * **Proactive customer outreach** (phone calls, commercial follow-up, identification of needs). * Design and implementation of **commercial communication strategies** (campaigns, promotions, informational initiatives). * Order management and follow-up for spare parts. * Coordination with logistics and after-sales teams. * Customer retention and development of long-term commercial relationships. * Market analysis and proposals for improving the spare parts business. **Required profile** * Prior experience in **spare parts sales** is essential, preferably within the transportation, automotive, or industrial vehicle sectors. * Previous experience in spare parts sales will be viewed favorably. * A **proactive, autonomous, and results-driven profile**. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * **Minimum education:** Vocational Training Level 2 (FP II) or equivalent. * **English proficiency at B2 level is a plus**. * Organizational ability and capacity for commercial follow-up. * Familiarity with the bus industry and after-sales sector is desirable.
