Job Summary: We are seeking a senior architect with expertise in on-premises and public cloud IT platforms to design complex solutions, lead cloud migrations, and align architecture with DevOps practices in financial environments. Being part of a technical community specialized in Cloud. **About the Role** Do you want to join a technical community passionate about automation, quality, and high-impact Cloud solution design? In our **Cloud \& Infrastructure** team, we are looking for a **senior architect** (10\+ years) with deep expertise in **mid-tier IT platforms**, both on-premises and in **public cloud**, capable of **designing complex global solutions** (high availability, performance, security, and compliance), **leading cloud migrations**, and **aligning architecture with DevOps/Automation** in **international financial environments**. **Key Responsibilities** * **Design and architecture** of hybrid platforms (on-prem \+ AWS/Azure) for critical workloads. * **Technology evolution**: evaluation of technologies (benchmarking, roadmap, TCO/ROI). * **Reference architectures** and patterns (resilience, observability, security, data). * **Platform governance**: standards, catalogs, best practices, and deployment guidelines. * **Collaboration with DevOps**: CI/CD, IaC, GitOps, pipelines, and automated deployments. * **Non-functional requirements**: performance, capacity, DR/BCP, scalability, latency, cost. * **Alignment with security**: controls, IAM, encryption, and financial sector compliance. **What We’re Looking For** **Mandatory:** * **Compute/Virtualization**: VMware. * **Storage**: block/file/object. * **Operating Systems**: Linux (RHEL) and Windows. * **Databases**: Oracle and relational SQL. * **Containers \& Orchestration**: Kubernetes (OpenShift), PaaS (AKS/EKS). * **Public Cloud**: AWS and Azure (including networking, landing zones, basic security). * **Automation**: Ansible; IaC (Terraform preferred). * **DevOps**: CI/CD pipelines, Git repositories, artifacts, pipeline security. * **Observability/AIOps**: Prometheus, ELK, Splunk, Kafka (for streaming/events). * **BI/Big Data**: Cloudera, MicroStrategy (as infrastructure-consuming platforms). **Highly Desirable:** * **Terraform** (IaC), **ArgoCD**/Flux (GitOps). * **Security by design**: advanced IAM, secrets management, KMS, policies, RHEL hardening, CIS. * **FinOps/Costing**, and ability to make **cost-risk-performance trade-offs**. * **Operational data architectures** (Kafka streams, Cloudera data lake). * **SRE practices** (SLI/SLO/Error Budgets) and **AIOps**. * Certifications: **AWS/Azure Architect**, **CKA/CKAD**, **Red Hat OpenShift**, **VMware VCP/VCAP**, **Oracle/SQL**, **ITIL/TOGAF**. **What We Offer** * Being part of a technical community specialized in **Cloud**. * Innovative projects using cutting-edge technologies on AWS. * 100% remote work model with genuine flexibility. * Career development and Cloud certification plans. * A collaborative, approachable, and challenge-oriented environment. * Competitive salary based on experience \+ attractive benefits.
