Job Summary: We are seeking a sales teleoperator for telecommunications products and services, providing information on features and resolving customer inquiries to achieve targets. Dynamic and proactive work environment We are looking for a person to conduct telephone sales of telecommunications products and services in Gijón. Main responsibilities will include informing customers about product features such as ADSL, telephony, number portability, and fiber optics, as well as resolving customer queries to meet established targets. A temporary initial contract of three months is offered, with potential for extension and conversion to an indefinite contract. Working hours are 30 hours per week, distributed across rotating morning or afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday. Continuous training for professional development in the sector is provided. Availability for the aforementioned shifts and prior experience in sales or customer service are required. We seek dynamic, proactive individuals with knowledge of new technologies who reside in Gijón or its surrounding areas.
