The Rental Service Agent is a dual\-focused role: * Customer Experience Champion for rentals * Sales Specialist for RV purchase demos and conversions This position is crucial to ensuring customers leave satisfied, whether they are beginning a rental journey or purchasing their future RV. **THE ROLE** The Rental Service Agent executes all customer\-facing rental operations and performs professional RV sales demonstrations to convert leads into buyers. This is a hands\-on, customer\-centric role combining service, product presentation, operational execution, and follow\-up sales management. Across rentals and sales, this role ensures every vehicle, every interaction, and every customer moment reflects Indie Campers' high standards. **WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?** * **Customer Service \& Operations**: Conduct check\-ins/check\-outs, briefings, and provide ongoing rental support. Handle service recovery and emergencies with empathy. * **Sales Demonstrations \& Customer Engagement**: Prepare and perform RV demos, showcasing features, specs, and customer\-specific needs. Ensure smooth handovers and all documentation is in order. * **Sales Conversion \& Lead Management**: Track leads, demos, and follow\-ups in CRM. Convert rental customers into sales opportunities, and support the RV Sales District and City Lead to meet targets. * **Product Knowledge \& Technical Support**: Maintain knowledge of Indie Campers RV models and perform basic system demos (lighting, gas, etc.).
