




Commercial Director – Physical Channels (Offices & Stands) Grupo Vihotec | Iberdrola Project We are seeking a Senior Commercial Director to lead the physical channels (offices and stands) of the Iberdrola project. The selected candidate will be responsible for maximizing sales acquisition and profitability, leading large commercial teams, translating objectives into actionable plans, and activating the appropriate commercial levers at each stage. We are not looking for a managerial/coordinating profile, but rather a commercially oriented leader with strategic vision, strong results orientation, and execution capability—grounded in robust prior analytics and excellent organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and develop commercial teams through middle management. * Translate overall objectives into clear, structured, and measurable action plans. * Analyze KPIs, sales funnels, and conversion ratios to identify deviations and opportunities. * Activate commercial levers: training, scripts, scheduling, staffing, incentives, and follow-up. * Accompany field teams (coaching, role plays, and operational reinforcement). * Design and maintain a commercial plan and continuous training programs. * Optimize the network of offices and stands based on productivity and ROI. * Ensure compliance with quality standards.
