Within the investment plan, directly responsible for works execution, their financial regularization, and commissioning. Additionally, serves as the main point of contact for clients requiring development of electrical infrastructure—either for power evacuation or supply. Responsible for managing requests for new supplies, modifications, generation connection points, and urban planning reports—without restriction on complexity or relevance—from file receipt through to issuing the official supply condition or connection point notification, meeting all deadlines and required quality and safety standards. The type of works to be carried out and client agreement management will initially be of low-to-medium complexity. For high-complexity or specially relevant works and agreements, may support the designated Project Manager. **What will you be responsible for?** In general terms, you will coordinate and manage requests for new supplies, modifications, generation connection points, and urban planning reports—from file receipt by Plans Management through to authorization for issuing the official supply condition or connection point notification—meeting all deadlines and required quality and safety standards. You will perform the following functions in accordance with corporate procedures and criteria: * Commissioning connection point studies for NNSS and generators to Area Network Development and Network Development * Collaborating in the analysis and discussion, as applicable, of studies submitted by Area Network Development and ND regarding connection points for NNSS and generators * Commissioning cost assessments for works connecting NNSS and generators to the MV network, Area GTC * Commissioning cost assessments for works connecting NNSS and generators to the HV network, to Detailed Design * Collaborating in the analysis and discussion, as applicable, of cost assessments submitted by Detailed Design and Area GTV regarding works connecting NNSS and generators to the distribution network * Preparing documentation required for issuing technical-economic conditions for NNSS and Generators, processing authorization for issuance, and managing such documentation in corporate systems * Preparing documentation required for issuing technical-economic conditions for NNSS and Generators, dispatching them, and managing them in corporate systems * Within parameters defined in procedures, responsible for authorizing issuance of Technical-Economic Conditions (CTEs) and Connection Points * Advising and supporting Managers in negotiations with clients * Validating documentation prepared by contractors, required for issuing technical-economic conditions for NNSS and Generators, processing authorization for issuance, and managing such documentation in corporate systems * Analyzing complaints related to requests handled by Project Management & Construction, by public administrations, or by applicants themselves; coordinating information gathering across EDE departments * Analyzing documentation related to complaints and managing response minutes in coordination with EDE departments * Preparing documentation required for responding to complaints, processing authorization and dispatch, and managing such documentation in corporate systems * Analyzing urban planning documentation received from public administrations, NNSS applicants, or generated internally or by other EDE departments in response to official publications; coordinating information gathering across EDE departments * Preparing documentation required for responding to urban planning documentation, processing authorization and dispatch, and managing such documentation in corporate systems * Preparing reports related to own activities * Supporting compliance with current Safety, Health and Environmental regulations within the Project Management & Construction unit * Planning works and ensuring all necessary documentation is available prior to commencement—both for installation contractors and equipment manufacturers. Coordination meetings and Zero Minutes. * Issuing Work Orders to contractors, site supervision, safety coordination, etc. Receiving, controlling, approving and paying contractor certifications * Monitoring quality, environmental and safety inspections.
