At **ySondos**, we are looking for **a Project Engineer/Manager** to join a growing electrical engineering firm, working directly at the end client’s facilities in **Gijón**, as a fully integrated member of their technical team. This opportunity is designed for individuals who enjoy coordinating **industrial projects**, maintaining direct contact with engineering teams, suppliers, and the end client, and who seek stability and growth within a dynamic technical environment. ##### **What advantages does this position offer?** * Working Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00–17:15 \+ Fridays and summer months on intensive schedule, 8:00–14:00, to enjoy longer afternoons. * Salary Range: €35,000–€40,000 gross per year, negotiable based on profile. * You will join a stable, growing project requiring team expansion. * You will achieve REAL integration within the end client’s team, participating in high-level industrial and automation projects. * You will find a positive work atmosphere and collaborative environment where you can thrive. * Additionally, there is potential for professional development within an established company. ##### **What will your responsibilities be?** * Manage and monitor electrical and industrial automation projects. * Prepare technical specifications and project documentation. * Coordinate tenders, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Conduct technical analysis and validation of proposals, as well as monitoring of milestones, costs, and project deviations. * Coordinate with engineering teams and the end client. * Participate in progress meetings and commissioning of installations. ##### **What do we expect from you?** * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Experience managing industrial projects. * Knowledge of electrical installations, automation and control (PLC, SCADA, etc.). * Ability to interpret technical documentation and electrical diagrams. * English proficiency at B2 level or higher. * Organized, solution-oriented profile with strong communication skills. * Availability for VERY occasional travel. * Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in technical procurement, contract management, or coordination with industrial suppliers will be highly valued. **Our company promotes equal opportunities, values diversity within our team, and fosters an accessible workplace.
