Your mission will always be aligned with and coordinated to the strategy established by Executive Leadership: * Design, lead, and optimize the company’s operational function * Ensure excellence and timeliness in execution and delivery, as well as maximum efficiency, quality, and profitability of projects and services **in advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and IT Management** REQUIREMENTS **Required Education:** University degree (Engineering, etc.) or equivalent. **Additional Education:** * Project Management methodologies * MBA (desirable) * Budgetary control * Legislative and regulatory frameworks * Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Lean, Kanban, etc) **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years’ prior experience managing projects and teams focused on budgetary and operational control. **Competencies and Responsibilities** **1. Deliverable Quality and Standardization** * Definition of operational standards * Technical quality control * Governance of strategic customer satisfaction **5. Desirable Additional Competencies** * Knowledge governance / Operational documentation: Add responsibilities for standardizing and maintaining key operational documentation (manuals, procedures, protocols…). * Operational innovation / Technology applied to operations: Promote innovation initiatives that reduce costs, improve timelines, or enhance operational quality (automations, AI, workflow digitalization…). * Operational crisis management / Business continuity: Ensure existence of a protocol or response framework for high-impact unexpected events (e.g., cyberattacks, system outages, strikes…).
