If you are natural, talented, and committed, you are in the right place. \#wearenaturalpeople About the Job: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with experience in industrial environments, especially in the cosmetics sector, to join our team at a leading company in the cosmetics industry. This role is essential to ensure the proper functioning and continuous improvement of production machinery and equipment, guaranteeing that quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met. Currently, this position is to cover vacation time, but if performance is satisfactory, there is potential to become a permanent member of the company. Main Responsibilities: * Corrective and Preventive Maintenance: Carry out and supervise corrective and preventive maintenance actions on industrial machinery, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, ensuring optimal performance and extending equipment lifespan. * Format Changes and Adjustments: Perform format changes and adjustments on production machines to adapt them to production process needs, ensuring quick start-up and efficient operation. * Fault Resolution: Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical failures in equipment, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuity of the production process. * Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement improvements in equipment and production processes to optimize performance, reduce costs, and enhance workplace safety. * Spare Parts Management: Monitor and manage spare parts inventory required for maintenance operations, ensuring availability when needed. * Collaboration and Advisory: Advise and train production operators on the correct use of machinery and collaborate with other departments in implementing new technologies and processes. Candidate Profile: * Education: Medium or Higher Vocational Training in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electricity, Electronics, Mechanics, or similar. * Experience: Minimum of 3 years in industrial maintenance, preferably in sectors such as pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, or chemical. Experience with packaging and labeling machinery, cosmetic packaging equipment is particularly valued. * Technical Knowledge: Experience in maintaining mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Knowledge of GMP regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs) is highly desirable. * Personal Skills: Proactivity, analytical and problem-solving ability, capacity to work both independently and as part of a team, and effective communication skills. * Availability: Ability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon).
